Gal Tshnieder is looking back on one of the most talked-about moments from his time in Casa Amor, and it sounds like he has a few regrets.

During a recent appearance on Harry Jowsey's Boyfriend Material podcast, the Love Island USA Season 8 cast member opened up about kissing fellow Islander Kenzie Annis and admitted he knew almost immediately that it wasn't the right decision.
Harry asked Gal how he felt after the kiss, wondering if he thought he was genuinely exploring a new connection or if he instantly realized he may have hurt his friend Dylan, who also had a connection with Kenzie during Casa Amor.
Gal didn't hesitate.
"Yes, and it's so weird because you would never do that in the real world," he said. "I would talk with the other guys and be like, 'I would never even talk to a girl that my homie is remotely interested in.' And they're like, 'Yeah, that's what we do.'"
Gal explained that he had those conversations before kissing Kenzie, making what happened next even more surprising to him.

"Then I did it and I instantly was like, 'I shouldn't have done that.' Just because I'm on TV doing this show, I shouldn't do things I normally wouldn't do."
The reality star admitted that his feelings for Kenzie weren't strong enough to justify crossing that line with his friend.
"If I was super, super into Kenzie, it would have been different, I think. But it was more, she's into me and I'm a little bit into her... we'll see how this goes."
Ultimately, Gal says the experience reminded him that even in the unique environment of Love Island, he still wanted to stay true to the values he follows in real life.
His comments come after viewers debated whether pursuing Kenzie was worth risking his friendship with Dylan, with many fans questioning his decision throughout Casa Amor.
Now, it seems Gal agrees that, looking back, the kiss simply wasn't worth it.
