Hip-hop royalty T.I. and Tameka "Tiny" Harris made a stylish family affair out of the 2025 BET Awards, walking the red carpet with their 9-year-old daughter Heiress Harris — who just might be the next big thing in fashion and TV.

The trio chatted with “Extra’s” A.J. Andrews, where Heiress proudly revealed that she “pretty much designed” the matching family fits. “I picked the blue,” she beamed. “And I said I wanted a tux!” T.I., rocking a deconstructed Hideoki Bespoke suit, said he was happy to follow his daughter’s vision for the sleek blue-and-cream ensemble. “She wanted a fancy tuxedo for a girl — and I decided to follow suit.”

Tiny, dressed in a cream and gold Balmain look, tied the whole family’s aesthetic together. “I tried to match them,” she shared.

While the night honored the 25th anniversary of 106 & Park, the couple also reflected on the cultural impact of the iconic music show. T.I. called it “an amazing platform” for rising stars and unforgettable performances, adding, “It was a moment in time I’m happy this generation gets to experience again.”

Tiny gave a sweet nod to her girl group roots, saying, “It played a big part in my group OMG Girlz… We’re always thankful for 106 & Park.”

The night also honored Kirk Franklin with the BET Ultimate Icon Award. T.I. praised Franklin’s ability to blend gospel, hip hop, and R&B, calling him “a genre bender” with “pristine positivity.” Tiny, meanwhile, had her eye on a true diva. “I’m also excited to see Mariah Carey… I love real singers, and she’s one of the most amazing ones we have in our generation.”

And if you can’t get enough of the Harris family? You’re in luck. Heiress and Tiny both appear as special guest stars on the hit reality series The Dolls — exclusively on BTV. Stream now.
