Jozea Flores Throws Shade at Tyrus Sellers Ahead of ‘The Getaway Los Angeles’ Season 2 Premiere

It looks like Season 2 of The Getaway Los Angeles (TGLA) is already heating up—and it hasn’t even premiered yet. Reality TV firestarter Jozea Flores was officially announced as part of the new cast during the latest episode of Obsessed, with Brandon Stewart on Brandon TV (BTV), and let’s just say, he wasted no time stirring the pot.
During a segment called “Hard Topics,” presented by Front Page Pop, host Brandon Stewart asked Jozea a loaded question: “Who’s a reality star you’ve met that you’ve wanted to throw hands with?”
Jozea paused, clearly struggling to narrow down his list. “There’s a lot of people,” he admitted with a smirk, before finally landing on, “Maybe that guy from uhhh The Dolls…”
Brandon, already clocking the shade, jumped in: “Tyrus!?”
“Tyrus, yeah,” Jozea confirmed, sipping his tea. “She has a lot of mouth.”
Brandon didn’t miss a beat, co-signing: “She has mouth for sure.”
Later in the show, Brandon pressed Jozea again, asking which of his TGLA Season 2 castmates he was already gearing up to confront. Jozea, half-laughing and half-bracing himself, responded, “Why are you putting me on the spot?” But then came the hilarious fumble: “I guess... Tyreeneus... Tyra…?”
Brandon couldn’t contain his laughter, knowing full well who Jozea was referring to. “You mean Tyrus Sellers?”
Jozea just laughed it off—but the internet surely won’t. That's two shots at Tyrus now from Jozea.
For those unfamiliar, The Getaway Los Angeles brings together LGBTQ+ personalities from reality TV who are navigating the highs and lows of relaunching their careers, diving into entrepreneurship, and maintaining friendships in the pressure cooker that is L.A. As Jozea himself put it: “I’m a straight shooter. I tell it like it is. If they’re not ready for my mouth and my actions, they can move out my way.”
Well, looks like Tyrus might want to buckle up. However, fans know he can deliver SHADE, especially with his recent laugh-out-loud cameo on The Dolls that went viral on social media.
Season 2 of The Getaway Los Angeles is shaping up to be must-watch reality TV. And if this episode of Obsessed is any indication, Jozea vs. Tyrus could be the feud to watch in 2025. Stay tuned, and don’t say we didn’t warn you.
