Things just went up in smoke at the Mad House — and not in the way anyone expected.
Darrius Leflore, known for his sharp tongue and even sharper confessionals, was eliminated in the latest episode. But according to sources close to production, his exit may not have been strictly about the drama. Word on the street is Darrius was allegedly caught smoking weed, either inside the house or out on the balcony — and that did not sit well with housemother Abby Lee Miller.

Yes, weed is legal in Los Angeles. No, that doesn’t mean it’s welcome inside Abby’s house.
Fellow Mad House dancer, Haley Huelsman, let Abby known that she smelled marijuana in the house the previous night, which was also the night Darrius and the other dancers got into arguments over his lack of practicing.

Abby made it crystal clear to the cast that although California law allows it, her rules take priority in the Mad House. And those rules apparently include a strict no-drug policy on the property, especially during filming. Whether it was the act itself or the blatant disregard for house guidelines, it seems Darrius sealed his own fate.
The internet is buzzing with speculation.
"Darrius really got kicked for being too chill? That's wild," one fan joked on X (formerly Twitter).
And let’s not forget — this isn’t the first time a Mad House cast member found themselves in hot water over off-camera behavior'; dancers have been kicked off for attitude, clothing choices, and other wild reasons.
So what really happened? Was it the weed, the rule-breaking, or just an excuse to boot a controversial cast member? Whatever the case, the vibe in the Mad House has officially shifted, and fans are concerned for their favorites.
One thing’s for sure: Darrius may be gone, but the smoke he left behind is still hanging in the air. Tune in to the latest episode of Mad House, featuring guest star Kayla Jones, from Bring It! and Encore.
